Safest place to be

Honey stepped into the barn her fur was wet, and dripping water from the rain. She shook out her fluffy pelt and looked around the barn for any prey. To her luck she found a mouse eating away at a little nut. She crouched and stalked it, flat to the ground. She crept forward until close enough to pounce. She bunched her muscles in her legs and sprang. The mouse laid lip from her jaws and she ate it hungrily.

"Nice catch," a sweet mew sounded from the shadows.

moon and storm walked in, their pelt sopping too from the rain. " we were going to explore, but it started to thunder and lightning." said moon. as she finished a bolt of lightning and a crack of thunder lit the sky.

"Who are you?" Honey asked her voice sounded like silk. She sat down and wrapped her tail around her single white paw.

"Flame," said the voice from the shadows.

"i am moon." said moon
" and i am storm." said storm

Hare was sleeping in the back of the barn,snuggled up in some hay.

Hail quickly ran into the barn to get out of the pouring rain. He turned quickly and looked back outside as if to mock the rain because it couldn't reach him. "Haha!" He mewed. "Can't get me now!" With a few more laughs, he turned and shook out his pelt before brushing his tattered ears with his paw. "Hey guys," he purred, looking at all the other cats.

"Hello my brother," Honey purred and padded up to him. She had a smile on her face.

"Huh? Who was that?" she mewed,yawning.She was very tired,because she had tried hunting a rabbit,but she ended up in a hole,and it took her ages to get out.

"What's up?" asked a casual voice. It was Falcon, dragging a pigeon into the barn. He dropped it and shook himself off. "Whew! The rain sure is coming down!" He glanced at his catch, relief fluttering in his gaze. "At least I kept one thing dry."

"Thats a nice looking pigeon" Said Hare,licking her lips."Something different for a change!"

"Yeah," he agreed. "All we really ever get is mice and the rabbits that live on the close-by moor."

"I rememeber that time when somebody came back with that thing with the bushy tail!" She mewed "He said he went to the other edge of the forest to get it!"

Hail pressed himself against Honey happily. "Greetings, sister!" He purred before turning to Falcon.

moon and storm cuddled up in the back of the barn in the hay and slept.

Hare started eating the pigeon
